What was the hardest part of your journey to get where you are in the workplace?

Being comfortable with the choices I made. I think I doubt myself a lot and realizing that everything actually turned out well in the end.

What is your way of being conscious and caring about environment?

I reuse a lot of things. I buy simple pieces that I can wear forever and try to buy clothes that will last forever. I think most people are surprised by how few clothes I have in my closet.

How do you maintain your style in a culture defined by the hoodie?

In the past, I tried to fit in, but not necessarily dress the same as everyone else. I bought a couple really nice hoodies and some band t-shirts. I always dress up a hoodie with leggings and heels.

What advice would you give your 18 year old self?

Don't dye your hair.
